If people remain in north Gaza then they are extremely likely to be casualties.
That area will likely resemble Syria soon and then get cleared, thing the whole zone north of the river will be no go zone
And a West Bank style wall built around the rest, with no crossing into Israel at all.

Where does that quote come from? It is flat wrong. Arafat was offered the '2 state solution' and turned it down. No counter proposals.
