I am trying to find the figures of those who voted in the RMT vote. I saw them earlier and can't find them again. a much bigger number voted against striking but still 20,000 out of 40,000 still voted for strike. can anyone confirm ?

We shall see whether public opinion is totally against but the government is of no consequence at the moment. I think an agreement on pay is not the problem but the loss of conditions is very much the stumbling block. The union is doing its job as the members will expect it to.

The pandemic years and all the hard work they did then ensuring massive profits for Royal Mail have long been forgotten. What IS on the table is an unconditional 2% pay rise. Derisory!

People in Ireland gets thousands of parcels from UK small businnesses,these should have a 'code' explaining exempt from duty and other stuff,thet don't and many are sent back.
Big war of words between Irish and UK post office concerning these,this should have been implemented and not a bit fair particulary on these small businnesses.
The EU countries very shortly putting the same need for a code on parcels from UK.
Simply amazing why it hasn't been done

Most residential property do not need daily delivery, every other day is more than enough. Reduce staff costs & actually make stamps a reasonable price.
