Is there a national problem with ambulances? I haven't seen the news.
Yesterday, near home, I saw an old lady trying to raise her old husband from the floor, 2 walking sticks on the pavement.  turned round and went back, thinking he'd just fallen. He had actually gone down an hour earlier, and sat there waiting for an ambulance, she was getting him up because he was going numb on the floor. I offered help but their son was on his way from work. They rang the ambulance people several times but they just kept saying it was delayed'. These people were over 80.

not aware of this report but low traffic neighbourhoods, which merely displace traffic, may be a factor in response times.

Save the NHS by denying it to folk. Like buying a car and the dealership wont let you drive it, to protect it.

You seem to be jinxed saddo

Maybe dealers in your case would be
wise not to allow you to drive it.

Rather like not having poirot
round to a dinner party I'm invited to.

Seems a fair analogy to me tbh. Save something by locking it away.

The GPs are the worst, they have reverted to online pictures/ phone calls using covid as an excuse to basically be bone idle and stop face to face appointments. AT least the nurses are putting hours in working in a failed health system but the GPs paid a small fortune for asking people to take pictures of their ailments or maybe a phone call
