Batley and Spen By-Election

Interesting market this one I think with some potential upside for Labour - incumbent MP leaving due to Mayoral election success, Labour machinery/vote woken up after recent losses, candidate being picked at local party level, could be Jo Cox's sister etc.   A must-hold seat in a  much better position than Hartlepool => 1.5 on a Tory win looks a touch short to me.  Thoughts?
