Imagine believing that. The longest recorded traffic jam in history was 62 miles long. A Cadillac Escalade is 5 metres long, so for a 96 mile tailback the line would have to be 30000 cars long, assuming just a single lane. What absolute bollocks.
The only links for this story when Googled seem to be a 404, a YouTube video, an Instagram post and a Parler post. The latter contains an aerial photo of some cars with the road on the left side of the screen conveniently cut off and the right side basically impossible to tell how far it goes back. A quick manual count I did would put the estimate at a few hundred cars. I watched a drone footage video of it and it's literally one road full about a mile or two long and the drone makes 4 or 5 swoops from different angles to give the impression there are loads more cars than there actually are. I calculated this one at about 800 cars, so max 4000 people.
I watched the video you linked and counted 87 cars, plus maybe 20 more at the end of the line. Admittedly you can't see the end of the line, but all that video proves is around 500 people turned up for a Trump rally a week before the election.

They’ve already voted! Anyone committed enough to come to a rally is highly likely to have voted early in person or by mail. They may even be specifying. Although I’m still not sure it makes a lot of sense. You’d want your supporters to be helping get the (by now rather small) vote on the day vote out.
