oh dear who got Brian's friends post removed?? Anyway to Dr C the foul mouthed anxious is banned, I cannot claim the victory Brian stepped up and did it. His friend posted the confirmation email he got saying he was booted.

From my experience you can get banned for 12 months for mentioning the M word however most suspensions carry a maximum sentence of 3 months. Assuming anxious 's misdemeanour didn't fall into the aforementioned first category he'll hopefully be back fairly soon. He should certainly appeal his sentence  at the same time as making a grovelling apology.

posy you are correct - just message a reply to the banning order and as you say apologise in a pleasant manner
