anybody that doesnt vote for the brexit party wants to remain in the eu
let the referendum begin.... |

Sorry, i should have stipulated. This thread is only for those who believe in democracy.

I do eric, and so do Question Time audiences.....it was quite revealing on Thursday. What with Nigel and the amazing team he has put together,i feel the situation is going to change for the better. Up until now i thought the situation was lost, now i guess its only just started, the future is brightening up...thank goodness.

The people will win through in the end, democracy is proven over hundreds of years. It is only a matter of time as leavers arent going anywhere.
By:
I have stopped watching Question Time. It is a disgraceful display of the BBC's anti Brexit stance with remainers massively out-numbering leavers on the panel throughout the process. The only coverage you can now see that is unbiased in any news report/show is This Week afterwards as Michael Portillo tells it as it is while remainer Andrew O'Neil and others are lined up by him in front of Portillo each week suggesting a second referendum. Portillo politely dismantles them.

Andrew Neil is a Leaver, he's chairman of The Spectator. Many of us think he breaches BBC commitment to balance and are lobbying for his dismissal.

democracy, doesnt end on any day
it is continuous |
By:
We need to decide whether we are allowed to ignore each other as the commons and lords have ignored the biggest democratic vote in our history. Maybe there is no point in debate, just clear out the anti-democratic parties if there are enough of us. The playing fields have changed.

They are probably laughing their heads off.
By:
Andrew Neil is not proven to be either, the Spectator is, it is only subtle references from others that have given it away.
The biggest for me was on this weeks show when a remainer co-presenter (not Portillo) confided to him with a tone of agreement that the EU Elections wont be going their way. |

Just over 3 weeks until the opportunity to vote Brexit Party in european elections. Make it count, give ‘em hell for their arrogance in reversing the peoples vote.
By:
Not really in the business of voting of parties that tell me what their plan is after you vote for them.
By:
Also the European elections won't change anything. The problems with Brexit are all still there, and the parliamentary arithmetic is the same, how can it change anything?
By:
Vote for the Brexit Party! We have no policies! Vote None of the above!
By:
Heard Nigel has a super secret big funder he won't reveal, can you believe?
By:
Is it Philip May?
By:
It could be, we have learnt a lot about him recently
By:
eric, how do you define democracy?
By:
I've just seen the Brexit Party political broadcast on tv for the very 1st time, and I'm surprising impressed with it. There were no details on policies except why we are 'Leaving'?; betraying result of 2016 Referendum; humiliated by negotiations with The EU; brexiteers are not racist, but normal people.
I can totally relate to those messages; Farage is just a "face", but not the whole engine. |
By:
Got my Labour pamphlet today up here in the Highlands, it was in Welsh.

Brexit Party? Well if they support Scottish Independence from the most f*cked up crackpot union of them all then I might consider. Must look through their detailed policy documents.
Though I am enjoying them tearing a hole right through the Tories. ![]() ![]() |
By:
The Brexit Party is just that - to exit The EU, nothing else; their MEP will be a thorn in Brussels. I cannot wait to see the faces of Juncker, most powerful politician in Europe (perhaps), Tusk and Barnier. I shall bear this in mind when I'm walking to the polling booth on 23rd May.
By:
Given how bad the Tories are doing it's amazing that Labour are on the fall as well.
I expect Nigel to get the support he deserves. The only leader with any credibility. |
By:
A week tomorrow is the European Election. Let's hope the result is a resounding message to Jucker, Tusk and Barnier the UK citizens want out of their bureaucratic and un-democratic fiefdom.
By:
We have already voted on that one.
By:
Going by the amount of anti Farage threads on here he's got them worried.
Political programmes full of politicians trying to smear him as well. |
By:
History repeats:"Repeal of the corn laws" an archaic ,elitist ,protectionist clique trying to deny the will of the people .

^^
I do not comprehend why. Farage is just the face of the Brexit Party, nothing more. I'm quietly confident brexiteers will vote for any form of representation solely to send a clear message to Brussels even a non-human one eg Tiger Roll. |
