I'm sure it has been asked before, and I accept that some will insult me for asking, but how come yes is not 1.01?

The prices on offer clearly tel me that I have misunderstood this market, but what is the catch.

Genuine question.

We'd still be in the EU during any transition period. So 'yes' is effectively a bet on talks failing and us leaving without a deal, or 'crashing out' if you prefer.

I think Grin

Thanks

No.

Try again.

All 27 EU members have to agree the deal.
Chances are, they won't  be able to; leaving the UK to wait while they iron it out or crash out without a deal.

Ah! Hence the October negotiation deadline? To allow the voting and agreement (or not).

I can believe that explanation, thanks UB.

No worries, markzzz. Don't get suckered.
Report Room 0182 March 4, 2018 3:37 PM GMT

Anyone would think he was consumed with bitterness, anger and frustration.....Laugh

We normally leave that to you UB.

Circle the wagons, Brexiteers!

Here's Akabula again:

a) Attempt the detail. Fail.
b) "Don't talk your country down."
c) "Suck it up."

To borrow a line from The Office:  "I never thought I'd hear myself say this but, can we hear more from Room0182?"

It's OK UB, I'm sure you're right.

Cool

Yes, I think we've established that Room0182 is wrong, too.

Otherwise, I leave the field to him:

We'd still be in the EU during any transition period.

And now Room0182 agrees with everything I say.

Grin

You were right the first time. It was a fiendish plot to fool markzzz to go all in on Yes, so I could take all his money.

....and i would've gotten away with it if it wasn't for that pesky UB
