They are like a rat flea waiting to jump on to a new host

In South Yorkshire, Nick Clegg's backyard( Where there isn't a single Tory MP and very few Tory councillors)the party came fifth behind both UKIP and the English Democrats.

Not that long ago the Lie Dumbs controlled Sheffield City Council, the pledge breakers really are dead and buried.

When will the LIBDEMS MPS panic?

They seem rather calm after this meltdown

The kudos of power is all they ever coveted, they are alright as far as they are concerned, but the clock is ticking down on them,I hope they enjoy their moment in the sun the bunch of lickspittles, even the tories hate them.

Clegg will be off to Brussels soon.

He used them to get the chance to sit at the big boys table.

Why would you vote for them? If you want the coalition to survive vote Tory. LDs only positive was the Tories are bad but they would have been worse without us. Clearly not a vote winner.

At the time of Iraq they looked the principled party. LibDems and Labour back benchers stood up to blair and his Tory pals.

Kennedy, Campbell, Ashdown were streets ahead of the pseudo Tories Clegg and Laws.

Under Clegg they are going backwards. After he leaves somebody will have to try and pick up the pieces.

Hard to foresee a scenario which doesn't involve them facing oblivion at the next election, which will be good news for the architects of our current problems, espeically as the Conservatives will lose support to UKIP.

Knackering up the country could actually prove a shrewd move by the C*ck and Balls show, perhaps they're not actually as stupid as they appear.

The good news is that a Lib Dem wipeout vastly reduces the chances of another coalition, which is quite ironic really.
