I have high spec PC and laptop but still says on both device not viable for the pokerstars betfair app. I have no problem downloading the app to my Iphone. Anyone else have the same problems or have a solution ?

I have a Betfair account so I am assuming things will go swimmingly 
it doesnt work. what a surprise. they have had months to prepare. lets watch the worlds biggest online poker platform dissolve before our eyes.....or not before our eyes as it doesnt work at all.
Click on Poker Tab, then you get a page with moving banners, in the first one click on button "Play in Browser" ...
it takes you to choose your name page (careful you cannot change name later) ...once entered you are in .....this may only work
if you already have a BF account.....
I tried finding the App on Apple Store....it was not there.

Playing now but there is no sound on an Mtt ...and just logged me out as it said it had not seen me for 30 mins....I was playing on the table ...lol
There is no "replay last hand" ...cards are muck so quick you can't see what other players had

I haven't tried it yet, is it only playable in a browser?

You can go in through Betfair Exchange App on your phone ...click Casino Tab ...then click Poker...then click Tournaments
Trouble is that once you are in there is no way back to BF Exchange without logging out it seems.
If you go on the Sportsbook App then for me it just updated to Betfair App....it may have missed a few auto-updates in the last week
no problem downloading to a windows laptop.

The old Pokerstars interface/layout was so much clearer and easy to navigate . This is horrendous

Total mess - cannot believe that Betfair has totally screwed this up. Joke, Even playing through the browser, trying to logo onto a home game get the pop up saying "your session has been terminated due to an ukwown error'. I think it is known, it's called Betfair!
And Lo, The Lord did speak unto JRAS, and he did say "thou wasteth 2 hours or more each day on pokerstars. I shall make impossible and thou shalt spend those two hours in constructive activities". And JRAS did reply "not on your nelly Lord, for it is a valued distraction from the daily grind, and helpeth me on my path". And the lord chuckled to himself and looked at ways to make the playage of poker all but impossible. And He did look into the past and did see that BF did make an almighty mess of it last time around, and recognised that they would be His implement of destruction. And so it came to pass that PStars did pass to BF, and JRAS did tear out what remained of his hair, and he did beat his laptop to destruction for he could not play poker any more. Here endeth the lesson
pokerStars on Betfair app is working fine now on my iPhone…… It looks the same as the old PokerStars set up.
haven't checked out the desktop software but the lobby looks the same as the old PokerStars lobby so I am assuming the tables look the same as well…… I busy trying to cook a chicken pie and using my iPhone to play poker .....it is surprisingly good

DESKTOP .DISCONNECTED DUE TO IN ACTIVITY MESSAGE,TWICE IN ONE GAME , WAS NOT INACTIVE AT ANY STAGE ?
Cash game (1 hr ago) : J8 suited . Flop 10 9 4 . villian bet , I call . Turn Q . villian check , I bet 2/3 pot , villian call .........
That's it folks . I was promptly removed from the table and remainder of my stack was returned to my balance ! WTF !
Didn't even get the inactivity message , just kicked out after 15/20 minutes of game time

Inactivity kick out happened to me twice...I think it is activity in the Lobby it's checking (bug) ...you have to go into settings (could be diff term used) and change it from 20 mins (?) to 24 hours...can't remember how I found location of settings ...Betfair should change the default to 3 hours at least (I'm on a Mac desktop )...You can now download the App...appearance looks the same as old PS platform.
Note to any engineer looking in : Glitch on Iphone App(Android also ?) ...if you get sat out or disconned there seems to be no way to get back in without deleting App and re-loading it.
