I see the Diamond and Club cards as greyed out. The diamonds are blackish, not red, the clubs are greyed, not the darkness like the spades. This is the same for the pocket cards and on the table. I can't see any setting that might be affecting this and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Anyone else have this issue or have I clicked some setting?

Well, as per usual No help from Betfair or Playtec, typical corporate can't even be bothered to understand the topic jobs-worth morons. I've transferred out all the money from the BF poker and opened an account with GGPoker. I'm already having far more fun there. It should be illegal to offer gambling products with zero backup,but typical of screw-you corporations and especially ones owned by Flutter it seems.
Hardly ever visit the forum nowadays so only just read this. I don't know if this will help you but all I poker clients (Betfair, PP, WH etc) offer an option for a 4 colour deck in their settings. It's invaluable for omitting hand reading mistakes with the suites. I wouldn't use anything else and it's easy to find - settings - themes - 4 colour deck. Hope this helps.
