Has anyone got any ideas to why when I try to transfer money from my main account to poker account I get a message cannot transfer try later.
I have give up now.
The customer service via chat was not a help.
You cannot speak to a live person for help.
I miss my poker on betfair,Now having to use Sky Poker.

Just seen this Pidge and I presume your problem has been sorted. I had the same problem a while back and it took Betfair about 3 days to sort the problem out. I contacted them numerous times and like always it was a total waste of time.
If you have a problem like this in the future and you enjoy playing the I Poker platform, I suggest you open an account with B356, they also use I Poker, you'll probably get a welcome bonus of some sort and of course their service is a hundred times better than Betfair's (who's isn't?). Hope you're sorted. |
