Strategy to extract max from poor players

Live, rather than online, over a week or two.. What would you do to take as much off them as poss.......show bluffs to make them think youre loose, show winning hands to make them think youre tight......both.....make them think Im as bad as them by occasionally calling small pots with carp.....lots of/few pre-flop raises....

Then how would you vary it if say one decent player joined?

Im not saying Im a great player, but at least I can spot if Im the mugg at a table!!!
