Have played the speed poker for about a month the BAD LUCK & BAD BEATS echoes that of exchange games my guess is that there are BOTS running on that 2 .. not one good run on there but about 10- 15 bad ones it gets at times where hands are INCREDIBLE TOO OFTEN !! most times which you lose especially if there's a big pot .... another part of this site THAT I DO NOT TRUST I've already Self Excluded on the Games a couple of years back ..... the Poker will now be getting Self Excluded 2 ..might as well go down the Bookies and put money in the FOBT's u have more chance and u don't have much of a chance with them either ... my advice is EXCLUDE YOURSELF FROM ANYTHING AUTOMATED ON HERE AND JUST BET ON LIVE MARKETS !! - they can't be fixed well depends whose playing I guess :) You have to make your own decisions in life ... MY ADVICE TO YOU IS SELF EXCLUDE YOURSELF FROM ALL AUTOMATED GAMES ON HERE !!!!!!

Have just Uninstalled the Poker Client off my machine .... noo more getting ripped off on this site
As with most Company's nowadays they spend to much time trying to recruit new customers and don't look after the customers they already have. BETFAIR is one of these Company's!
Why do so many people complain about the abysmal Customer Services ?
Templated emailed responses do not solve customer complaints.
Why do so many people complain about the Exchange Games and Poker Site ? I for one have deleted both !
There's nothing FAIR in either the Exchange games or Poker site I would think a better name for these games should end up with the words FIXED !
There is a lot of MISTRUST with a lot of online gaming sites especially when automated sotfware is in use!
And BETFAIR is now in my list of such sites hence I don't use their games or poker fed up of being RIPPED OFF !
