Thread pulled for no reason

My thread has been removed because I sought answers as to why my account was locked last Thursday and to this day and several chats with live support promising me they will get me a response asap, I have not received anything, no email no phone call, nothing. I have been a loyal Betfair customer for years and this is how I get treated. They can pull this thread too if they want but I will be posting in 2+2 and every poker forum known to man because this treatment is beyond disgusting!
