cant trust siite

i trust betfair but 3 times in 24 hours ive been disconnected with error saying wrong username or password then i have to shut down computern to get anything working agian
i am a loyal person
but this is now just a joke site
i can chose another 24 that use ipoker
can betfair tell my i use theres
