Don't know anyone who uses Twitter. I get the impression it's for people who think they are famous or important or people who want to suck up to people who they think are famous or important. Anyway, on lines of the above "page-413"" thread: The award for how to "Feck up a Poker Site": Betfair & "Donk Player of the Year, Decade, Century": GHADAFFI.
Twitter is a great source of information on any subject that interests you, maybe you should try it before knocking it 
Betfair Poker posts very little Poker information (maybe that sums up the site) but posts some funny stuff.
