You should be able to turn them into cash:

Thanks Kearney, I have close to 10k VPPs but I'm also on a RB deal (are you also?) and the cash out feature says not available. If they're of no use to me then I'll gladly play HU to spend my points, need clarification though. If you could also spend them on merchandise, that would be a good idea - I'd love a Betfair Hoody
 You'll be waiting a while for support getting back to you, I emailed support back in April asking for 20,000 hand histories that I lost after a hard drive failed and still waiting. Betfair support sucks. |
