They wont even accept that there is a problem for a lot of people. I played a couple of Klups MTT's on Ipoker via Betfred on Tuesday night and the lag was bad, but it seems even worse on BF Ipoker.
They rang me last week and asked why I wasnt playing the new site, and I told them its down to lag/disco problems. They told me that particular problem is resolved but it clearly isn't.They gave me a few tickets for STT's and I tried using them tonight, must have lost connection 3 times in half an hour and that was only playing 2 tables.
Yet strangely other people seem able to play 5-6 tables with no problems at all.
Only minor consolation is that Ongame is still running via Betfair.

Agree. I'm getting the same lag/discon on BF ipoker.

I don't get it on other Ipoker skins.

Same problem with me. Initially I thought that the problem is my software of PC, but it is not. Another problem is that not working auto login. When a software interrupting and I have to login again with my password and username, so I can catch some hands before my time runs out and fold my hands. In this network - ipoker has a huge lack of managers and programmers who knows his job. Only in one poker site work such people and that is PokerStars !

What helped for me was resetting my network and router. No other problems on any other site but it solved my problems on Betfair.
