just came of a table 5minutes ago and still the money has not gone back into my poker account is any body else having the same problem thanks

I have not played for two days, well that today I saw this topic.
Indeed, the worryingly is not this problem it is always possible, and software were obtained similar problems, but the worryingly is not to this. Indignation is in the fact that nobody gives some information and players do not know what is happening. This is a the biggest problem! |

the support did never answer quickly, lately they didn´t respond at all,

Yeah I won to sit and go tourneys and didn't get paid for either of them, emailed them to no avail. Last time I contacted support I had to email them 3 times and wait 2 weeks to get a response via email.

i hope i will get an anser i will post it then Hallo, here another email you can ignore. today afternoon i won 2 SnGs but no money added to my account. My last problem is fixed but of course i get no responds on my email. I remember a time... the support was working, but this was a time when there wasn´t a problem every 3 days. It willl not take long and you can close betfair, because i spoke with many other costumers, and all have the same expirence means: many technical issues... slowly solved and a support did not respond or its you have to wait very long. great job!!!! |

just finished 22nd in the 7.05 5 dollar rebuy. No funds been credited.

Not just me then.
Played a Wednesday night tournament, won 37 dollars, but balance still £0.00. And yet when I go into my Tournament History (on the 'cashier' screen), it shows my win. Betfair already know my feelings about the number of times they've messed up on New Betfair Poker. |

This is unreal, why dont they make a post about this problems with information on when it will be fixed and people get money back, there must be alot of customers with missing Money. I dont get it?? If i would have been in charge i would fix a big compensationen to all poker players to make them happy or are their goal to stop offering a poker service?

This really is not good enough at all Betfair. We are all trying to play through bonuses and promotions which you keep adding to a site which is fundamentally flawed. Stop overloading the software with new features such as anonymous tables and get the basics such as logging in and collecting winnings sorted! I'm seriously thinking of leaving once this month is over.
