Playing on this dross because it's the only poker software on my laptop and it's a disconn.
Brilliant.

Was in a crucial stage of a turbo tourney. Disconnected for 10 mins. Came back and nearly out. Fuming. Just not good enough

Gave up on BF Ipoker platform within a few days of it going live. Klup had a MTT running on Ipoker last night via Betfred which I registered for Sunday. As soon as I opened I-poker last night I got disconnect messages but what was more infuriating was that it crashed all my other tables on 888 and Ongame, and it took me nearly 5 minutes after I disconnected I-poker to get them open again.

Once I'd finished my games on 888 and Ongame I booted I-poker up but had to shut down everything else on my laptop to get it working, and switch off all the avatars and other bollox to get it running at normal speed. I only logged back on to chat to a few people who used to play

My laptop is nearly new and cost best part of a grand, I have no issues playing any other network apart from Ipoker. BF customer service never bothered answering my email about the disconnection issues I had when I first tried using the site and as stated I havent played on it since. In my past experience using it via B365 its a useless piece of shyte and I assume thats why Betfiar chose it as it suits their brand image.

Good luck to anyone perservering with it but its not for me on any skin, and deffo not one with shocking Cus Serv.

I'm not a fan it has to be said. The explanation BF gave when choosing I-poker was that there were lots of recreational, fishy type players. They didnt even bother consulting their own customer base, or listen to what me and Thrappers were telling them when we went to their Q and A sessions.

Impression I always got was that players wanted reliable network, good cus service and communication, good range of games with decent traffic, promotions and LB that work, etc, etc.

Cant see that they addressed any of them things really and they gone to a network most of us have already tried. If I liked I-poker I would already have been playing it before BF switched. They dont seem to be offering anything that wasnt already out there on other skins , except worse customer service.

Having killed off all their Community Games and most of their UK Customer Base they just become another I-poker skin. They like High Street bookies, only real interest it seems is in mug punters betting multiples and arcade/casino players.

Just looking on Pokerscout.com I-Poker is now 2nd in cash players, miles behind Stars but ahead of Full Tilt and Party.

You do make some fair points Chip but I actually like the network despite my disconnection issues. I was playing another skin last night but it pays me to play here because I get RB. The software seems OK but doesn't suit multi tablers, that's actually better because it keeps many of the decent regs playing on Stars. On Ongaming I could never have had more than 4 tables open, at least on here it doesn't struggle.

Guess I spoke too soon, had 5 tables open and got booted. Close to the bubble in one game and seeing me blind out. Can't log in Sad

Maybe you are just one of the lucky ones then Oval ? I cant even get one table to function never mind 5 or 6 at a time. As someone who multitables Turbo STT's I need traffic and a secure connection, BF Ipoker gives me neither. A ten minute disco will cost me 4 or 5 buyins and with profit margins already squeezed I cant cope with that happening. I also cant play somewhere where Customer Service is non existent. If theres a problem I want assurances it wont happen again and I want refunding, I dont want to send an email and never hear back.

At the end of the day theres a boatload of other places to play so its not like anyone is tied to a particular network or skin. If people like BF I-poker, then good luck to them. Its not for me though.
