Why is this and why has no one from Betfair even simply acknowledged that there is a problem let alone tried to resolve. There are numerous other customers reporting the same problem BUT NOTHING IS BEING DONE - WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!

same as oval says you can withdraw your poker money from the main betfair site, took all mine out yesterday I'm done now

Wonder how many good long term poker customers they have lost with this switch ? They cant have many left now surely ?
