Presume Matt you have overcome this by logging out and trying again repeatedly until successful, which is what its taken for me today. Undoubtedly and regretfully, likely a less stressful, fix than seeking bf help.... 'not a problem' 'known problem' 'working on it' 'empty cache' etc.... yawn-stretch-smile

same problem here , tryed everything , reinstalled it a couple of times also. even shut down the firewall and anti virus same problem still
