This is one of the reasons I've chosen to walk away from New Betfair Poker until things improve with Customer Service.

The premise was simple enough when they did it in February - collect a token every 30 minutes, and those with the most tokens at the end of the month would share a prize pot.
The leaderboard turned out to be a complete nonsense though, completely inaccurate with my username (joethepunter) not there even though I had won far more many tokens than those on the leaderboard. Customer Services said it would be rectified by mid-February. It wasn't, and when I chased it up, I didn't even get the decency of a reply. Not good enough, and a lot of my time wasted with no recompense.

Good luck if having a go this month, but not for me anymore.

i haven't looked in the ipoker version but old betfair the ticket was for entry into a head to head. winning h2h got one point. too many manic ppl playing hundreds of games to win 2/3 dollars.  and the leaderboard was updated irregularly. waste of time.
