Played the poker here for fun and at times to pass the time.The level of abuse dished out finally saw me off.If I was a winner I would never have hurled abuse about potentially putting off persons I knew I could get the better of in the long run.Phoned a few times to report individuals, but this proved a waste of time as they just kept right on being abusive.

Forum went by the wayside once the crypto days and betfair own platform were done and forum games became a thing of legend

Can't win anymore, that's what has killed it for me, can't remember the last time I had a heater? Even if you're the worst player in the World you'd expect a bit of luck once in a while but it seems impossible to get it. Endless losing streaks. Probably same for a lot of people, that's why there's no one left. Remember, winners have more fun and keep the forum alive.

They are just another skin on a cr@p network now. Can't see any reason why you would chose BF poker over any of the other skins, especially given their track record on customer service. They managed to kill any community spirit or uniqueness about the site, and the lack of effort and promotion that went into the "relaunch" pretty much sums up their attitude towards online poker.
From an STT perspective they have split their already dwindling traffic between Ongame and I-poker meaning you struggle to find enough games staring to make it worthwhile, and they also have had a 4-5 week gap with no leaderboard or any other kind of promotions running. Its a competitive market and they simply aint competing. Like McCoy says its hard enough as it is to make the game pay in the current climate, but the fact they have removed all the fun in playing as well will be the final nail in the coffin for many. |

I agree with most of the above comments and the only thing that keeps me motivated on Betfair Poker is the Live Events that they run. They are without doubt the best in that sphere and have unrivaled incentives and hospitality.
Its sad to see though that despite announcing at Betfair Poker Live London, that the next event would be in Prague, no official confirmation has been made and no satelites are running yet! |
