Tired of starting my games a couple of hands later because the silly instant play window doesn't show up and the table doesn't load till then. If I click anything in the meantime, the whole thing frezes and then I start 10 minutes later.
Can you remind me BF of what is the purpose in terms of poker of the 'instant play' top right window?
I use also a client from a competitor, also on the ongame network, and I never , not once, had the same problem and they use java exactly the same way.
How about getting rid of that silly advertisement?

yet another head to head game started late: when the official number of chips is 1500, mine started with 400! And why? Because the silly client had to wait for the silly 'instant play window' which has nothing to do with poker to show up so that you can earn some more money as we desperatily need to click that.

I haven't seen the silly instant play window for a week, since my last post, I was starting to think that BF realised how silly the silly advert is, everything seemed to work, then all of a sudden I start a game at half the chips, and guess what, the silly advertisement is back!!!!!
WHAT HAS THAT ADVERTISEMENT HAVE TO DO WITH POKER???? WHY EVEN IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, IF THERE IS A CHANCE IN A MILLION THAT I AM RIGHT (AND I AM), WHY DO YOU TAKE A CHANCE?

tonight a 33$ game started 5 minutes later .... and top right the silly instant play window not showing until it fnally says: "betfair poker access denied".
I don't care if the access is denied or not: That silly advertisement which is sucking RAM shouldn't be there in the first place. Get rifd of it BF at once PLEASE!

Tired of losing games due to the silly client not starting or freezing: Today alone I lost 2 14$ games like that.
Shouldn't the mighty BF start thinking in terms of:
a) getting rid of anything extra like the silly instant play window: I can guarantee you that I will never, not ever, play MINI BLACKJACK!!! If you really cannot live without that, MAKE IT CONFIGURABLE!!!!
b) reducing the payload for the silly client: 250 MB for this window alone? And what is it, a chimney?
c) allowing the same client to be started from different sources so if one goes busted one can start immediately another.
d) the silly client needs sometimes more than 2 minutes to start because first it needs to download updates etc. Come on BF, you can write a more clever piece of software that first shows the login window and then dowloads the updates for the next time you run it.
e) Learning from others usign the very same client technology and whose software never ever crashes.

and by the way, I tried absolotely everything on the book like having it ready from the .exe showing the prompt, from firefox, from google chrome, from internet explorer and any combinations of them.
When I run it from firefox for example and it goes busted, even if I have the client with the prompt ready (from the .exe -so bypassing the configuring, updates and all the rest) it still sometimes needs 2-3 minutes to load!!!
And when I do the other way round, same story, I can recover perhaps half of the freezng situations, and always missing hands.
