Admin have now posted that they are aware of the problem and are dealing with it. Thank you for letting us know

i deleted software to reinstall and it wasnt my end :/

It's back but I've gone from 9k to 1.8k in the CC. It appears over platforms have not had outage. Now I'll have top write a long email and wait weeks to get compensated I guess
