Please accept our apologies for the issues we encountered on our Poker Client today. These issues have now been fully resolved and On-Game our software providers are in the process of refunding all of the affected tournaments and releasing all of the funds that are currently trapped on our Poker cash tables.
In addition to this, we would also like to confirm that these issues affected our $5,000 GSOP 9 Big Giveaway tournament and a full resolution will be announced as soon as possible. In the mean time we would just like to thank you for your time and patience.
