kicked out of tourneys and not bein able to reconnect to software due to invalid username wtf
cash trapped in rooms and have to wait ages for it to be returned to the balance i stopped playing here years ago due to this issues and they still seem to be constant
speak to the betafir helpdesk and they try and convince me its my connection until they finally admit that ongame are having problems the second time i call them up and that all betfair players have been affected

I said when they bought Pokerchamps they should have scrapped the software and developed their own.
Now is a good time to do the same, buy out another small network for the userbase and start again from the bottom up.
Betfair was innovative when they first started but now with things like the Poker, Premium Charge and Games shoved in our faces they have got greedy and went stale.

yeah u are right ovalman when the gtds drop its a way of saving money if the site worked smoothly in the first place they would always fill them
