Betfair poker slowly becoming a ghost town?

Whats happened to this place, cash game numbers seem to be dropping and thats without bwin leaving yet. Also this forum has died, seems like no one posts anymore and still theres not a Betfair rep to talk to us about any issues or ideas or anything. Does anyone know if theres a bf rep on 2+2?
