Why don't they fix it?
Every time you get moved to another table in a multi it freezes all the tables you're playing on for anything up to 5 or 10 minutes!
I just got blinded out in 4th place in a SST because I was also playing in a multi and got moved.
I haven't played on here for ages because there were so many problems. Just thought I'd try it out again at low stakes to see if it's improved. Not impressed.

The problem is many have noticed this problem, I myself started a thread on it over 4 weeks ago but nothing seems to have been done about it.
I play 5 seat STT's only but do most of my grinding elsewhere. I like the multi's here, I think their very weak fields and easy to cash but I simply can't play them because of this issue. For those that have complained to the help desk, the help desk has told them it was their own set up that was to blame. This is simple nonsense. Not one Betfair rep has acknowledged the problem. |

To deny that it's happening is pathetic. I've only been using the site again for about a week but it's happened every day, several times a day. And it's quite obvious the way other players keep getting timed out that it's widespread.

I doubt there are many with worse at the moment. The last few weeks have been shambolic, even by their usual low standards.

So what software is good for betfair ? Can they buy old Ftilt program which is my opinion best of all. Also Stars have good.

The reason they dont fix it, is that the software is run bye ongame, that is still owned bye Bwin, who desperatly wants to sell the software after the merge with partypoker. The marketvalue of the software isent gonna drop that much if a few hunderd players are gonna leave the network. It will probarly be sold when the american amrket is gonna be legalised, and hopefully new owners will make a better effort.
Thou i think that the software always have beeen total sheite, so players that play at ongame may just live with all the problems. I have recently returned to Betfair, cause i knew that Ongame would be troubble. But thruth been told, when it comes to promotions Betfair is number 1. the best choice Betfair and the other ongame sites could make would in fact be to buy the full tilt software, if no one takes over the brand with the software ( and all the debt). Second best choice would be if Betfair would move to ipoker, that in my opinion got the second best software in the world. Stars, who got the best, is not an option. Why could they invite partners to there moneymachine. If Betfair ever moves they would probarly make the biggest mistake and go to party, and there they will lose alot of there freedom, to create there own promotions. So lets hope for a miracl, that the problems with the ongame software stops or for a move to ipoker. Ps. bad spelling and grammer cause i am not british |

Dont play that much these days. Its defininitely getting tougher to make money playing STT's, but I still do okay.
Around 5% ROI, last year, about 4.5% this year. Still on 30% RB as well, so cant complain I guess. |

After chasing for many weeks, its finally being worked on this week, alledgedly:

not to worry, there were 3 left when i got in.
my own fault, been so busy playing stars, wished i had joined yrs ago, standard seems very poor on the lower stake games from what i have seen this last week. |

Yeah I'm switching back to stars for stts and 888 for mtts now that May bonus thing has run out. Absolutely no incentive to play on here at the moment.

Other sites have regular updates and improvements,but absolutely nothing changes here. |
