Another prime example of how Betfair Poker has by far the worst customer service in the industry.
It is not even as if the software is good or stable enough to have an attitude like this to their customers.
They do just seem to treat everyone with contempt and a 'don't care' attitude.
If there software issues / customer services issues / lack of interest and action over collusion and bots issues carry on like this I can't see them having enough customers to make a skin viable in 12 months.
Such a shame.

Give them a chance. On the leaderboards it says pay out is on the 3rd July. Surely they've got another hour or two to get their act together before we can start screaming.

SirJimmy, only says that on the sit and go leaderboard, nothing on the raked hands one! The new one starts tomorrow, surely they should pay the last one out before the new one starts.

I got payed in every promo till now, so it was a real EV+ for me.
If no money till next promo, I wont play, pretty clear, but till now everything was gold for me.

Not sure how many people will be chasing it this month though with the surge of bots like Mr Drinkie playing 20,000 hands a day over 9 or 10 days to hit his 44,000 raked hands.
Anybody with half a brain knows it is not possible to play 20,000+ hands on 12 - 16 tables for 18+ hours a day not stop for 8 or 9 days on this lag and crash prone software......not possible for any human players that is.

Well even if he has 40% rake he is still losing. He is losing at a much faster rate now also, if he carries on like he has the last 4 months then in the next 12 months he will down $60k - $65k for that period, playing Micros.

and i wanted to ask MrDrinkie: are you fkn nuts? i played 100k hands last month 80% HU and rest 3max and got 20k+ raked hands so you got 40k+ playing 6max.. so you must play about 300k hands?! and you arnt even up from all this? reveal the truth!

So it is now official, Betfair is allowing bots....because by deleting my messages about a particular bot they are covering this up.
Take a few screen shots before they get deleted and time to post on a few forums i think :)
Amazing how quickly betfair will delete messages off here but you dont hear off them when you have a genuine problem that needs resolving!

As far as MrDrinkie is concerned good luck to him. He earns his money from ra****ck and bonuses and then kindly leaves a proportion of that income on the tables for us humble low stakes regs to snaffle up.

Mr Drinkle plays all his play in 7 or 8 days, rather than 21 of the promo. He manages to be 50% clear of a field who play 14hours + a day for 21 days.
