Before it was freezing 10 times a day ... Now it frezes 5 times a day and it crashes once per day at least. And this is happening for the past 10 days or so.

All of a sudden, doing nothing new, the blody software client crashes, tries to restart itself (so it does all its updates nonsense), then it pops up a white message that is already running whilst the main window shows a message about the need to log in again.
I have also noticed that those annoying advertising messages top right have suddenly disappeared ... I mean they don't show by default.

2 points:
a) Have those adverts something to do with the freezing? If there is 1% chance, they should get rid of them.
b) Is this crashing problem happening iin the morning when this software is checking something on the credentials?

They offered some sort of refund in April via a code? When/where was that advertised again? Why they don't they send an email or as usual it is only for the few to know? This must surely be part of their "customer committment": VIP tickets used by few (those who are around that particular night), passwords offerd to few, refund codes for few who read the forum, live events in London/Nottingham only, .... the Betunfair saga continues.

I know I am becoming paranoic but when, in the final table of a 55 dollars buy-in tournment, the chip leader raises to 1000 (BB was 300 I think), I go all-in with my second-in-size stack and JJ (because I know he is a pain in the ass ...), he calls and the board shows 99, and when people comment on the chat he says: "I had a good feeling ..." ... I mean do Betunfair have also an handle on the odds? After I posted a comment 1 week ago, I lose all showdowns, no matter what  ... beware !!!!

I think you are on about when the site server went down
It was all on-game, but betfair gave a free ticket to anyone affected.
So no conspiracy

But you are right that something they have done in the last week or so
has fu*ked it right up
