HEM profit errors

Hello, few days ago I frequently observe difference between HEM profit and actual profit on BetFair.This happens for no apparent reason (no crashes or error message during play). Forcing a reimport of hands doesn't fix it.
Can anyone confirm?

This happens sometimes to me if you get a disconnect on the poker platform, even if it's just for a few seconds, my HUD doesn't pick up the hand

Could it be because we play in $$$ but our balances are in £££?

In HEM2 which I use - Options/ Currencies you need to update to whatever the current exchange rate is but this changes hourly never mind daily and you need to know whatever exchange rate Betfair is using.

I've only just came back to Betfair so haven't encountered this but I always store all my poker balances in $$$.
