When one visits other sites one sees the startling difference in some of the products offered or to put it another way how lame are BF's in comparison. Let's round up some just as a gentle reminder of what sort of deal we get.

Who needs their merchadise poker reward that they send even without checking what is the person's size? I hope OXFAM can take the t-shirt they just sent: Apart from the size, I wouldn't go out proud of their logo! I evem rushed to the post office thinking it was something important ...

Or who needs their 5-dollar freerolls attended by 600 people? Is it a joke or what? And why can't they offer tickets for VIP freerolls that one can use as any other ticket, just to make life of the people easier? If one is not there the night of the monthly freeroll, one loses it.

Or their dodgy promotions? There is one out now that says "play 25+ pounds i n these games (... + european roulette) and we'll give you a free entry to a tournment". I wagered 25 pounsd on casino's European Roulette , nothing happens, I ask and they say it was actually the arcarde's european roulette. And where is that written? Their promotions are always totally unclear, when they say they publish the results day-by-day this typically doesn't work and so on.

And how many times per day is their poker software becoming unresponsive? 10 times a day per person let alone down times?

And why don't they regularly publish 1 hour  of outs i ntheir arcade and casino's games so that people know at what odds they actually play against?

And when you use a market in-play (horse race for example) and the site stops working and you ring to hear that they lost money too? So we should sympathise I suppose?

If there was a Betunfair.com web site, maintained by sustomers, the introduction could be "thank you Betfair for all the crap you through at me. I want more!".

There are a great many things wrong with their poker product, you appear to have overlooked almost all of them. Shocked
