Ongame Software

How many times does this software disconnect ?? I spoke to betfair last week and they confirmed ongame were having software problems last week and have had some tickets as a good will gesture for the sng's I was forced to sit out.

I had my first $10 ticket for this problem and when I used it heads up sng I got disconnected and timed out again !!!

I've re-installed software and also cleaned pc ect but still have problems I've lost 2 pots on cash tables due to being timed out.

I'ts really p1ssing me right off !!

Anyone else having this problem ??
