Seriously mate expecting them to pick stuff up from on here is not the way forward. Unless BFPPR is about it will not get noticed.
You need to ring the helpdesk which may or may not get you the ticket you are due but it is definitely your best route if you want to play! | ||||

haha. what a joke. i emailed them at 3.30 and still no reply. alls i got was an automated message saying they had recieved the email and would be back in touch ASAP. haha.

A reply about the ticket disaster:

The really stupifyingly thick part of all this is that you have to register every week, but when you do try to register you get a message saying you are already registered.
And then its pot luck whether you get the ticket. | ||||

I'd raise it at the next Q and A session, but they appear to have opted out of that channel of communication also. Five months since the last one

Yes, you are probably right.
I got the impression they were very sick and tired of listening to what I had to say. It's kind of a recurring theme with Betfair and their Question and Answer sessions. | ||||

i sign into poker 2night, pop up says congrats u got a ticket for tomorrow,and then try and enter,sorry u not gota ticket.
