Annual Offline Event- what? where? when? any good?

I will soon have accumulated 14,000 player points. Apparently that entitles a player to attend the annual offline event. Has anyone attended this event? is it any good?

and what does the Free VIP Merchandise entail............ umbrella and cap?

Usually they have something like 3 events and you get to choose which one you want to attend.

The merchandise is normally along the lines of a hoodie/polo shirt, a cap and maybe some branded cards or chip guard.

Like all the live stuff it is very well run, free bar, free food, decent tourneys with Betfair staff bounties too. Always enjoyable and worth attending.

Really good if you live in London or the South-East. Normally take place in October/November.
