Following the earlier incident my account hasn't been created with money from a cash table I was playing once this is resolved I think it can be described as resolved!!

Got to agree with you. It's a bit of a joke for Betfair Customer Services to make a post entitled "Poker Issues - Resolved" when people are still waiting for their money.
Until people have their money back in their a/c then the poker issues have most certainly not been resolved. |

problems on here will never be resolved while ongame have a team of monkeys running things , betfair needs to get off this network because there reputation in online poker is getting destroyed by the day !!
