Just played a set of 10 STTs. Cashed in 7 of them but only been paid for five. Missing $25 for winning a $5 STT and $9 for first in $3 STT.
Anyone else have a problem?

"$9 for first in $3 STT," should obviously be, "$15 for first in $3 STT".
Just phoned the helpdesk. They eventually acknowledged this and told me the money will be in my a/c within 24 hrs. Surprised that they wanted to know things like the tournament id numbers and what my final winning hands were. Glad that PT3 records that info for me. Wonder what happens to people who don't have that information to hand? |

I have missing money from a cash game - no signs of progress or info on what is hapening. I don't class money missing as being resolved.

I received refunds USD 42.
Only problem is that the buy-ins for sng's were total USD 44. I was playing four double-up's, after the crash I cashed in two of them, busted out of one and didn't get to play at all one of them, since the table didn't open up. I just can't figure out what that USD 42 is for. Betfair is showing some serious expertize here again. |

i just spoke to em regarding missing winnings and they said it will take upto 24 hours to resolve..they are a joke.

I play on a different Ongame skin and I am missing the buy-ins from the cash games I was playing when kicked out. I think Betfair are just the middle man and the problem is with Ongame.
As usual Betfair's cut and paste customer service still sucks though. |

Been paid now with an extra 80c. The extra is the same as my tournament fees - nice touch.
I hope everyone else also gets a satisfactory result. |
