for the last few days when i try to redeem my store points i  get "We are currently updating your details. Please try again later."

when will they finish updating my details so i can get all my lovely lolly?
Pause Switch to Standard View store points . am i doing it wrong?

known issue, only occurs at some points in the hour. call the helpdesk to get more info of when you can redeem your points.
