i would like an explanaTion for The DOZENS and DOZENS of disconnections every single day and night on this site , it has now cost me over 4 figures in pots over the last week and im starting to get seriously pizzed off . because the software is so stoneage and lags when reconnecting all the timebanks get used up and afTer 2 disconnects i have to close all tables {usually 6 as i cant play more because of the software issues}because i have no time left , . i want to know what sort of compensation your planning on giving me for the hundreds and hundreds of dollars this has cost me this week alone ? you can see from my account that im a VERY GOOD CUSTOMER on poker and betting and i expect a fair explanation and fair compensation , please do not attempt to tell me the problem is my end as that is absolute rubbish and please dont ignore this issue , this problem needs addressing immediately and if im compensated fairly you may stop me and the hundreds of other players this affects of playing somewhere else , there are plenty of other sites for us all to play at with far better software than this antique !!

tons !! its not my pc or my connection so lets put hat one to bed right now !! , i use to 16 table at stars no problem and 8 and 1O table anywhere else , its 6 maximum here because of the multiple disconnections and lags !!

awesome customer service to go with there great poker site as well lol . cant even be bothered to give an explanation for this serious software issue . what a god awful site this is . as soon as im finished with the promo im in it will be farewell betfair !! 2plus2 had it right about this site , absolute disgrace !!
