I know I post on here oftern but this is unacceptable. I was playing the WSOP Trial Four game yesterday and I was in a good position, but then I was disconnected from the table. It certainly wasnt my internet connection because I was still searching and there was no hickups with that but I was still not allowed to carry on the tournement. I want to bring this to your attention because I want to say that I probably wasnt the only person. I feel I could have got somewhere last night as I was doing better at that point than I was the week before and I went on the cash $50. So......Could you do something about it. Im not asking for you to credit me with anyhting, although if you do, it would be greatly appreciated.

I was playing on betfair poker all evening while that tourny game was running with no problems or disconnects.
So I doubt it was a problem their end.

My Mother In Law came round the other day to drop something off unlucky for me my Mrs was in town so I had her chatting **** for 15 minutes, while I sit out at 2x hu $50 sng and a $50 5 seat turbo. I was playing on my desktop at the time in my office at home and just couldn't get rid of her so lost $150.00

Regarding the software I average around 4 disconnects per day out of 7-10 hours play, the way to quickly reconnect I found is to disconnect from your wireless wait 30 secs then just pick up the signal again then hit connect, the poker software should then re-load so the total time is 2 minutes tops if you do it quick.

Hope thhis helps
