Its here folks, all you players that have been cold turkey from when Full Tilt went down and you loved 'Rush', your fix is here, albeit its in Beta mode and only stakes at the moment are 1c/2c

Feels a lot smoother and faster than Rush. you can easily cycle through 120-150 hands in 5 minutes. Interesting a few pros see this as their opportunity to finally make SN Elite. I dread to think how many hands some of them would get through in a grind session...4 to 5 thousand? Maybe alot more.

Playing six tables?

I hope they do 'Zoom' tourneys as the rush tourneys on FTP were very profitable for me!

Whats the basic strategy on these games then.  Seems like the 3 bet and c-bet are king.  Never played Rush but just had ten minutes of Zoom and had to leave as it was starting to make my head hurt.

Early doors people only tend to play the big hands as with marginals they just fold and get another hand straight away so I would call in position a lot with drawing hands knowing it is very likely that if I hit I would get paid.

Later on as the blinds go up thievery is very successful and resisitance usually meant they had a hand so was easy to lay down marginal hands to re-raises.

Because you play a lot more hands then I think it helps the better players and I won several rush tourneys and definitely found them profitable!

I tend to min-raise quite a lot of hands because theres quite a lot of players who, if they havent got AA,KK,QQ for example, will have the 'fast fold' icon checked. I agree with HF with regards to drawing hands, ive doubled up a few times already with this strategy because you know when players have a big pocket pair and if you can hit the flop big, you are deffo getting paid. It can get frustrating at times cos a lot of ppl are playing the same strategy and also when you have a big pair only for sum1 to flop a set, very hard to get away from. Good for players trying to achieve SN and SNE status cos the amount of hands per hour you play. Ive heard Full Tilt is only a month away from coming back, be interesting to see what offers they will have to get ppl back on side and if they'll still have the 27% rb. If they have, ill be first back there Excited

They have it up to 50c/$1.

Tried 10 mins 4 cash tables at 1c/2c $2 max both. Max amount of tables as an option
Pretty awful when I was still in the Betfair Midnight Oil and should really have waited until I'd busted in that first.

Anyway 10 mins was enough to do my head in. Could not take info on stack sizes in and having option to fast fold was at times awful.

$8 into $9.50 no lost stacks and reloads - unusual for me. At full tables not 6 handed. All NLHE

No idea how many hands I played but clearly hit and fold mode from others as I could assess. And yes drawing hands in good spots but so difficult to judge when going quickly.

Think I'd rather play the 3 minute turbos here with my rakeback despite the OMG HTF did you play those 2 cards? No idea how many points on stars I accumulated but will find out if any tomorrow.

Only reason fired up was that I'd busted from the $1 micro-million when my opponent's 2 outer on river hit. And the post on here.

I completely agree with garybet. a person can easily handle 120-150 hands in 5 minutes.
Report NickFiickTheOriginal March 21, 2012 10:34 PM GMT
Try it. 4 is the max. I reckon I cleared 1000 in 10 minutes. Thats 500 in 5. Hence brain ache.
Report garybet. March 22, 2012 7:52 AM GMT
The table limit is 6 or 4 per pool.
No way you can play 500 hands in 5 minutes 4 tabling, it should be about 150 or less.

It tells you in the right hand column the hands/hr, atm games are around 250/300 mark. I played 80 hands in 15 minutes so that sort of ties in with the stats. If you hold ctrl as you fold you can watch the rest of the hand play out, maybe useful for notes against the regs which you come up against regularly.

I agree . a person can easily handle 120-150 hands in 5 minutes its so easy for an expert....

yes quite simple to fold 150 hands in 5 minutes .. how much rake paid is that Plain
Report ror March 26, 2012 7:40 PM BST
Stars changed points so you get no points for folding, presumably in anticipation of this.
Report Mc Moonbeam March 26, 2012 9:24 PM BST
Yep i know .. i was being a bit sarcastic as the blinds still take their toll when you're card dead

Are the blinds completely random ?
Report zaina March 27, 2012 9:42 AM BST
Blinds are not completely Random i think.....!
