I was 2/25 in my 30 man stt when I got booted out. Just checked Sharkscope and it says I finished 8/30 so clearly the other skins on the network are running fine and the game carried on without me.

Dont hold out much hope for a refund. Deffo wont be playing the site again today.

You must press for refund. If you cannot play they must refund. I have to say their poker service is just getting worse. Their old software was better; only went down every 2 months, this is now every week.

Its ridiculous if you don't get a refund. I like Betfair, but they need to step up to the plate with stuff like this. Its also not an ongame issue as old Betfair regularly gave trouble. The old chestnut that the engineers are working on it doesnt really fill anyone with confidence.

As I said earlier once it crashes you are best leaving it 24 hours. Already owed refunds from this morning, and until I get that back wont be registering for any more games.

In terms of refunds they do need the data from Ongame before they pay you back, think last week it took 2-3 days to refund everyone. Betfair can only refund people if Ongame tell them who was playing at the time.

It seems to be happening every week now and it must be driving people to other sites. When it crashes I normally just switch to 888 or I-poker for a day or two. I'd rather play here because the standard is so bad, but I'm struggling to see why they stick with Ongame. We were meant to be getting less outages following the switch not more, and a 2 day delay in refunding people is very poor.

I got refunded at 3 am. Bizzarely I paid £6.96 to enter the 30 man stt, was 2/25 with a chunky stack when I got discoed, and was refunded £6.69 ?

Its really shocking that this happens on a weekly basis. They obviously dont care about the poker side of things because there is no way they would allow this to keep on happening every week.
