i have about 60 dollars in tickets to claim but am not able to redeem them.
really want play some msop events but have busted my roll.again.
any one know when this might get fixed?

Although my player club has been down for 3 days now, I can still enter tourneys using my tickets. Why can you not do that?

i have about 4000 points,am tryingto buy a few 10 and 20 dollar tickets but when i press redeem it says technical issues try again later

emailed them twice in last 3 days.
unfortunately lost my job before christmas so no credit on phone. relly want the tickets for saturday and sunday. if you can find any info chip i would be v v grateful fair play to you for trying to get this forum going again in your own small way |

They wont discuss your account with me for obvious reasons, but I can try and chase up a response to your emails.
Unfortunately not sure if anyone who might be able to solve the problem will be around over the weekend. Like most on here I'm on rakeback so no idea how PLAYERS CLUB works. You reckon you got about 4000 store points and it wont let you redeem ? |

when you go to cash your points on is says "click this button to redeem" , when said button is pressed it says "we are experiencing technical difficulties please try later"

tried again this morning and hey presto it allowed me to redeem a $20 ticket which am using on sunday.
i tried to swap some points for cash but got same message as before.odd. i want to play one of the $5 rebuy events,i know i can use a ticket to enter but can i use tickets for rebuys? once again thanks for your help chip. |

No probs, I got an email first thing this morning saying it was being looked at, glad you got some joy.
