ok, i'll try not to press enter before i have typed!!
basically, i have funds in my account, when i try and enter a STT or cash table it shows my funds, but when i buy in i get the message insufficient funds or failed to secure chips (words to that effect) anyone had this before? Mick |

I have seen it before, but not for some time. Probably about to crash?

I had it the other week when someone at BF had stuck a loss limit on my account without me requesting it. Took them a week to get it taken off too.
Other times I've had it was just a case of repeatedly logging out then back in again. Usually works 3rd or 4th attempt. |

same thing has been happening to me, its so frustrating. Betfair need to sort their poker software out as it crashes alot. I have money in my account but cant buy in to anything

often happens before a crash/and a trapped funds event.
if it doesnt crash shortly afterwards, just log in /log out a few tines and that usually resolves it. of course, when it happens midway through a rebuy mtt u are screwed, otherwise its just annoying. |
