Due to concerns over the accuracy of leaderboard scores for gameplay on the 6th and 7th February, we have taken the precaution of removing all leaderboards from the website until further notice whilst we verify that the data is correct.
We can assure you that we are looking into this as a matter of urgency, and will have a fully verified leaderboard available to view on the website as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a timeframe on when our investigation will be completed but, suffice to say, it will be completed as swiftly as possible.
In the meantime, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Please be advised that, at this stage, we are confident that the above issue will not affect the latest Natural Born Grinders promotion that is due to start tomorrow.

Unfortunately, our data and product teams have not yet been able to fully verify poker leaderboard data for the 6th and 7th Febraury.
We believe the issue was isolated to cash game data only, however, and as a precaution, it was necessary to remove all leaderboards from the website that are reliant upon this data stream. We are now working in collaboration with Ongame to reload all poker data for the days in question. Once this process is complete we will then begin recalculating the leaderboards and will hopefully be in a position to restore the leaderboards to the website late this afternoon/early evening. Good Morning All,
We are, as we speak, in the process of loading and verifying the last day's worth of data, after which we can begin to query our databases to populate and publish all outstanding leaderboards. Based on discussions with our internal data teams I would anticipate that all leaderboards will be restored to the website later on this afternoon, however, I also expected this to be completed yesterday evening, so it would be remiss of me to offer any further estimations on timeframe, other than to say that I am are working closely with our technical and data teams to ensure that this is completed as quickly as is humanly possible. Progress has been made today and we now are in a position to say, with a good degree of confidence, that all leaderboards will be restored between 14:00 to 18:00 CET tomorrow afternoon, 15th February, depending on data loading times. Skill and Go: Scores for the current week are now available to view on the website, covering the period: 10th February to 23:59:59 13th February (yesterday). The final result for last week's period - 3rd February to 9th February - will be published towards the end of tomorrow afternoon. Payments for last weeks Skill and Go leaderboard will then be processed on Thursday 16th February. Raked Hands Leaderboard: An up to date leaderboard will be available to view on the website by tomorrow afternoon. Payments for last week's Skill and Go leaderboard will be processed first thing tomorrow morning and should hit your account around lunchtime.
