Check your account carefully. Some refunds from the outage on the 7th Feb have still not been made.
Betfair have replied they are still working on it. Disgraceful in my opinion. No apology, no free roll, no interest - still blaming ongame!.
I would claim all refunds directly with Betfair to make sure you get your credits.

I see Betfair have updated their post 15 minutes after I posted this.
How can they claim that simple tourneys that started and I guess most but perhaps not all had finished before the client was available have yet to be refunded. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES THE ENTRY FEES MUST BE REFUNDED. STOP WASTING TIME AND PULL YOUR FINGER OUT. |
