Or just me ?? I Continually keep getting Donked on the river card Allways 90% above before river then a few seconds pause and in drops their card Talk about taking the p1ss Day in day out getting beat on river by dimwit hands
I have noticed that an ace always falls on the river to complete an opponents hand --
eg You have K-K -- opponent shoves with A-Q -- ahead until the river then BOOOM the ace drops
I have been watching this happen for years ---- nowadays when the ace drops on the river I don't even flinch because I half expect it ---- The river ace has helped me out on occasions also so I am not complaining ----
keep an eye out for it yourself -- its a phenomena across all networks.

Played 4 STTS this morning, lost with kk vs kq, ak vs aq, kk vs 77, and aa vs 82 suited. All hands were all in pre flop. Its just variance. As long as I'm getting it in ahead thats as much as I can do.

You have control over your own decision making process, but none over the cards the board brings. As long as you make the correct decisions the majority of the time in the part of the game you have control over, you will come out in front in the long term.

Play enough and you will see this frequently. Not just the river, but turn, or flop. Happens here, happens everywhere. Just keep getting em in good and wait for the long run.
Decisions you can control. And also work on that emotional control of wanting to smash the monitor. I would not recommend that though. That's really EV-.
